We rapidly deployed a conversion-optimized catalog, integrated automated cross-border shipping logic for North American distribution, and launched a flawlessly mobile-responsive interface. This agile deployment allowed the brand to immediately begin fulfilling orders for professional barbers and home grooming enthusiasts without delay.
A primary technical challenge was building an e-commerce architecture capable of handling international shipping complexities while driving purchase urgency. Because the store serves a distinct market across both Canada and the United States, it required seamless, automated shipping tiers based on cart value and weight. Additionally, to capitalize on high-demand items like premium barber capes and turbo cleaning fans, we needed to integrate real-time inventory scarcity alerts directly into the product pages.
